  • Development Planning: Create andmanage customized development plans for specific employeepopulations, aligning them with HR activities and organizationalgoals.
  • Systems Administration: Act as a systemsadministrator, primarily for the Oracle LMS, and potentiallyQReview, the performance management system. Responsibilitiesinclude creating, managing, and maintaining all courses for theyear 2024, enabling instructor access to update attendance andmaterials, generating and tracking evaluation forms, creatinglearning journeys, and assigning mandatory courses for current andnew employees.
  • Journey Management: Oncedevelopment plans are established, ensure their seamlessintegration into the Oracle LMS. Monitor the progress ofdevelopment journeys, track milestones, and provide regular updatesto stakeholders.
  • External Learning Platforms:Oversee access provisioning and reporting for external learningplatforms such as LinkedIn Learning and Coursera (eventually) fornew and existing employees.
  • Data Integrity:Maintain and ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systemsand reports, with meticulous attention to detail in administrativetasks.
