Conduct in-depth transfer pricing analysis and review local and international tax laws. Participate actively in the planning and structuring of transactions for tax efficiency. Provide assistance in audit defense strategies and negotiation with tax authorities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs. Support the transfer pricing team in business development and client presentation activities. Analyze financial data and market trends to establish appropriate transfer pricing strategies. Assist in establishing and maintaining internal processes to ensure compliance with changing tax laws. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated transfer pricing solutions. Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Keep abreast of new developments and best practices in the field of transfer pricing. Draft proposals and engagement letters for potential and existing clients. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with local and international transfer pricing regulations and guidelines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with tax software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in tax advisory services, especially transfer pricing, is preferred.
