Manager Visa Consulting Analytics Commercial Money Movement

Commercial & Money Movement product family represents a key strategic growth area for Visa as it expands beyond core consumer card payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows among individuals businesses and governments. The investments that Visa has made over decades in C2B have provided Visa with the infrastructure technical capability brand expertise and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader coupling of counterparties (B2B B2b B2C P2P G2C G2B etc). The Commercial & Money Movement Manager will be part of the Service Line covering the topics related to Commercial & Money Movement areas across GCC and NALP (MENA) Visa Consulting & Analytics team(VCA) which delivers high impact consulting analytics and data science projects to our clients across MENA. Responsibilities Participate in consulting initiatives and contribute to lead engagements by identifying potential opportunities with banks and fintechs Develop frameworks approaches solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges Build solutions and actionable insights that will help clients grow their portfolios and customer engagement in their core business Partner with peers in other functional areas (marketing sales risk innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visas resources Produce insights analyses and recommendations to improve client performance boost growth drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the verticals and segments Manipulate and analyze large data sets (industry and Visa) to determine insights and recommendations for clients Build new scalable solutions toolkits best practice documents and consulting approach that can be applied across VCA practice Contribute to the development of Commercial & Money Movement practice area to expand consulting offering Partner with Commercial & Money Movement function to identify opportunities and support on the growth objectives Work closely with other VISA groups including Products BD Risk Marketing etc. to ensure a seamless Consulting experience Qualifications Basic Qualifications 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications 6 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 4 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD At least 3 years of solid experience in payments experience should be gained within a toptier bank or the financial services practice of a toptier consulting firm At least 2 years of experience in management consulting and deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities Commercial corporate business banking payments experience preferred Highly analytical with advanced PowerPoint skills and Excel skills. Superior project management skills. Fluent communicator. Able to travel frequently and work on client site. Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
