Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Develop clear and detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Translate business needs into technical requirements for digital wallet features, payment gateway integration, and financial product enhancements. Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business expectations. Drive Agile ceremonies, maintain product backlogs, and track deliverables using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Liaise with compliance, risk, and audit teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational standards. Create process flows, use case diagrams, and support end-to-end product lifecycle activities. Requirements 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital payments, fintech, or banking. Proven experience in digital wallet ecosystems, payment gateway architecture, and API integrations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with Agile methodology, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma. Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to digital payments.
