United Arab Emirates Luxury Homes Real Estate Full time

Responsibilities:

Handle all employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations and labor contracts through MOHRE, GDRFA and other relevant authorities

Ensure timely submission of all legal documents required for work permits, EID, medical tests and visa stamping

Track and maintain a record of all visa expiry dates and proactively process renewals

Assist in company-related documentation, including trade license renewal. Establishment card updates and labor quotas

Ensure the company complies with all UAE labor, immigration and government regulations

Provide clear instructions and updates to employees regarding visa status, required documents and expected timelines

Support HR in employee on-boarding and off-boarding by ensuring a smooth transition of visa processes

Manage trade license renewals, Ejari registrations and other real estate specific approvals

Ensure company documents such as tenancy contracts and insurance policies are up to date

Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and receipts

Keep management informed about any new government rules or changes in labor laws

Prepare reports on visa status license renewals and compliance updates

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of P.R.O experience in Dubai , preferably in the real estate sector

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration processes and government portals like MOHRE, GDRFA, DED and Amer

Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (preferred)

Ability to handle confidential documents with professionalism and accuracy

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
