We areseeking Bar Backs / Bussers / Food Runners (we call that a Roamer). Roamers are dedicated todelivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality.Roamers are responsible for promptlydelivering and removing food and beverage itemsmaintaining a clean environment andassisting servers and bartenders. Roamers reportdirectly to the FloorManager.

Responsibilitiesinclude thefollowing:

Provide aboveandbeyond service to Guestswith a friendlyface

Deliver cold freshly poured drinks andprepared food toGuests

Clean up spilled food drink and brokendishes and remove empty bottles and trash Assist servers and bartenders in theirserviceduties

Keep golf simulator bays and service areascleared andclean

Maintain outstanding energy urgency and attention todetail

Actively check in with Guests throughout their booking to ensuresatisfaction

Take pride and ownership of each Guest s enjoyment and fun at FiveIron Golf

Assist team with restocking of key items such as ice crockerycutlery napkinsetc

Assist bar team by maintaining keg roomambiance

Communicate with management team any issues or low callitems


RequiredQualifications:

Serverand/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOTrequired

Upbeat energy andenthusiasm

Positive Candoattitude

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with ateam

Abilityto stand walk and bend for long periods oftime

Proficient verbal and oral communicationskills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Able to beproactive and anticipate guestneeds

Flexibility to work a variety of workingshifts andpatterns
