- Maintainemployee records (attendance EEO data etc.) according to policy andlegalrequirements
- Reviewemployment and working conditions to ensure legalcompliance
- Provenexperience as HR officer in a hospitalitysector
- Knowledgeof HR functions (pay & benefits recruitment training& developmentetc.)
- Understandingof labour laws and disciplinaryprocedures
- Proficientin MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is aplus
- Outstandingorganizational and timemanagementabilities
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
- Problemsolvingand decisionmakingaptitude
- Strongethics andreliability
- BSc/BAin business administration social studies or relevant field;further training will be aplus
