Sales Consultant

As a Luxury B2B Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in representing the Company to shops, boutiques, sunglass retailers, beauty stores, and large retail chains across Dubai and beyond. Your primary responsibility is to drive B2B sales by developing strategic partnerships, providing tailored solutions for retail partners, and leveraging your expertise in luxury products. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that demands impeccable communication skills, business acumen, and in-depth product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B sales targets.
- Proactively identify and approach potential retail partners such as boutiques, sunglass shops, beauty stores, and shopping retail chains.
- Present and sell the Company's portfolio, including globally renowned brands like Gucci, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and more, tailored to the needs of each retailer.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with retailers to ensure profitable partnerships.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with retail partners, ensuring consistent communication and support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to retailers, understanding their business needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Focus on maintaining strong relationships with repeat buyers and key accounts.
- Assist retail partners in curating their product selection to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
Product Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of the entire Company's product assortment, including seasonal collections, exclusive items, and bestsellers.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, designer brand histories, and retail market insights to provide informed recommendations.
- Educate retail partners on the value and uniqueness of each brand and product.
Customer Experience:
- Deliver a seamless and personalized experience for retail partners, ensuring attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any post-sale issues effectively.
- Highlight the ability to ship products to any country in the world, offering global access to our luxury assortment.
- Provide feedback to management on retailer preferences, market trends, and potential gaps in the assortment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives targeted at retailer acquisition and retention.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and product knowledge.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury B2B sales, wholesale, or business development.
- Currently selling around 300-500k AED worth of products per month.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with retailers in the luxury sector.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a client-first mindset.
- Deep understanding of luxury fashion and lifestyle markets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms to manage client interactions.
