Join to apply for the Stock Keeper role at iSTYLE UAE Job Title Store Keeper The Store Keeper is accountable for overseeing the inbound operations and inventory management. They maintain communications with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of goods ensuring optimal stock levels at all times. Main Duties and Responsibilities Manage outbound activities for customer orders Manage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor turnaround time (TAT) Manage the stock movement through the warehouse management system Coordinate with the CRM and credit teams for invoicing customer orders Verify customs documentation for exports and transfer of ownership Track shipments and update customers on a timely basis Coordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destination Cooperate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipments Coordinate with the Operations Manager on the confirmation of received merchandise Check for damaged merchandise and report accordingly Update all transactions on the system and ensure data accuracy Assist in stock counts and inventories and ensure optimal stock levels at all times Handle the proper replenishment of merchandise. Handle order processing, invoicing, and AWB creation with logistics partners. Coordinate picking, packing, and shipment dispatch to ensure timely delivery. Manage online inventory and stock transfers between stores and warehouse. Track shipments and resolve logistics or delivery issues promptly. Support returns/exchanges and maintain accurate records on SAP/ERP. Prepare daily order and inventory reports and ensure smooth e-commerce operations. Position Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
