About The Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Operations Controller to join the resort’s Inventory Control – Finance team. Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management and control across multiple departments, including Retail, Food & Beverage, and Warehouse Operations Ensures the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of inventory systems and reporting while safeguarding company assets and enhancing operational performance Monitor, reconcile, and maintain accurate inventory records for Retail, F&B, and Warehouse operations Supervise day‑to‑day activities of Retail Warehouse, Off‑site Warehouse, and F&B Stores to ensure smooth and efficient operations Ensure data integrity across Inventory Purchasing systems, Retail systems, and POS platforms Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and variance analysis to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate inventory valuation, reporting, and alignment with financial controls Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and improve accountability Provide training and support to warehouse and inventory teams on best practices and system usage Generate and analyze operational reports to support strategic decision‑making and performance tracking Support system upgrades and integrations related to inventory and warehouse management platforms Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and timely replenishment Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to manage inter‑warehouse transfers and resolve operational issues Ensure warehouse receiving and inventory control functions operate efficiently and meet company standards Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports, highlighting discrepancies, spoilage, and breakage for management review Act as a key liaison between operations and other departments to resolve cross‑functional issues Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership About You Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, operations accounting, or warehouse management Supervisory experience in a multi‑departmental or multi‑location environment preferred Proficient in inventory systems, POS platforms and MS Office tools Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory analytics Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity Strong attention to detail and well‑organized Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
