Overview The role involves leading structural design and analysis, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. The position requires a civil or structural engineering degree and relevant professional experience. Responsibilities Lead structural engineering teams, manage site activities, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to standards for various projects (including high-rise towers, offshore modules, bridges, and industrial facilities). Design and analyze structural systems, review submittals, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide technical guidance to engineers and BIM technicians. Mentor junior engineers, manage projects from concept to construction drawings, and ensure timely delivery and safety compliance. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, oversee site supervision, document control, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and international design codes. Utilize structural software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro) and BIM tools (e.g., Revit) to develop designs, perform analyses, and validate façade and structural integrity. Support modularization, offshore design considerations, and EPC project coordination as required. Qualifications Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; licensed Structural Engineer preferred (UAE). Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro) and BIM tools (Revit). Strong communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Experience leading design and analysis for high-rise buildings, bridges, offshore modules, and industrial projects; knowledge of UAE regulations and building codes.
