Head of Marketing We are seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to shape and drive the brand strategy for our dynamic portfolio of bars, restaurants, and lifestyle venues . This role requires someone who understands footfall, digital performance, events, and AI-driven marketing within the F&B and nightlife industry . Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across all venues, with a focus on driving awareness, guest engagement, and footfall. Oversee all digital, social, and AI‑powered marketing initiatives to maximize reach and conversion. Conceptualize and manage experiential events, brand activations, and seasonal campaigns that strengthen community and repeat business. Define brand positioning, voice, and creative direction for each concept within the group. Collaborate closely with operations and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences from online to on‑site. Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team, managing digital, content, PR, and event functions. Leverage insights, data, and market trends to refine strategies and measure ROI. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 7–8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within the F&B, restaurant, or nightlife industry in Dubai. Proven success in driving venue traffic and event engagement through creative and digital initiatives. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, influencer ecosystems, and digital performance metrics in the UAE. Strong leadership, creativity, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate strategy into impact.
