JobDescription

  • The job holder is responsible for allthe activities related to the commissioning activities of the GMPProject, i.e. to prepare, organise, implement, manage, follow-upand control all the GMP's commissioning-relatedtasks.
  • The job holder liaises with constructionteams to define the methodology requirements related toPre-commissioning completion, and with Start-up and Operationsteams.
  • The job holder shall ensure that allGMP's engineering deliverables developed by Contractor(s)meet Company and Project commissioning requirements and that thedesign developed for all facilities is safelycommissionable.
  • The job holder shall developthe GMP Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning in collaboration withConstruction and Operations teams, covering organization and meansnecessary for the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning,and defining the main documents pertaining to thepre-commissioning, commissioning.
  • The jobholder will then monitor and supervise and all GMPpre-commissioning and commissioning activities performed byContractor(s) and ensure smooth transfer processes betweenconstruction and commissioning, and then commissioning andoperations.
  • The job holder will actively liaiseand collaborate with the GPP Package Manager and team, PipelinePackage Manager and team, the Engineering Manager and Team for allthe engineering and construction issues, and with Field OperationManager and Team for all commissioning and start-upactivities.
  • The job holder is responsible forensuring the full commissioning of GMP's within the agreedbudget and schedule planned for such.
  • The jobholder reports to the GMP Project Director.
  • Thejob holder manages a team of several engineers, shall inform andmotivate them adequately so that priorities are clear anddirections for the performance of their duties are set to meet theobjectives of the Project.
  • The job holder isalso accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour regardingH3SE rules & requirements, and with regard to the CompanyEthics and "Code of Conduct" policy, forimplementing H3SE rules and Quality Assurance /Quality.
