This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions while supporting day-to-day payment processes, reconciliations, and audits. The Accounts Executive will play an important role in maintaining smooth supplier payments, financial controls, and VAT compliance. What You Will Be Doing Review and process all types of payments, including TT and TR Handle cheque processing (excluding direct booking and packaging companies) Process non-inventory payments such as utility bills Post import, non-inventory, and inventory-related transactions Manage rent-a-car payment activities Perform supplier reconciliations to ensure accuracy of balances Monitor and control advance payments Support VAT-related workings and documentation Assist in audit-related requirements and queriesPrepare BCM and APP payments Coordinate BCM-related SAP developments What We Are Looking For Some of the key competencies required for the role include: Functional Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes Experience handling import, inventory, and non-inventory postings Good understanding of VAT compliance Proficiency in SAP (preferably with BCM workflows) Strong reconciliation and payment processing skills Behavioural Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial data handling Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Good communication and coordination skills Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership Our Ideal Match Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Experience in SAP is preferred Experience in a manufacturing or large corporate environment is an advantage RAK Ceramics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
