Graduate Trainee (Procurement) - Emirati Talent We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Emirati Graduate Trainee – Procurement to join our team in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. This entry‑level position is tailored for fresh graduates interested in building a career in procurement within the cement manufacturing sector. The role offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, vendor coordination, and supply chain support, contributing to efficient production operations. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Operations: Assist in the sourcing of materials, spare parts, and services required for cement manufacturing operations. Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders, RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and comparative statements. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain and update supplier databases and records. Assist in onboarding new suppliers and conducting preliminary evaluations. Communicate with suppliers to clarify requirements and resolve minor issues under supervision. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and internal controls. Assist in maintaining proper records of contracts, quotations, and procurement documents for audit and compliance purposes. Learn and follow all relevant quality and safety standards. Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Track procurement costs and assist in identifying cost‑saving opportunities. Support the preparation of procurement reports and dashboards on vendor performance, pricing trends, and order status. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Interest in procurement, supply chain, or industrial operations. Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. UAE National (Emirati) with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
