About the National Graduate Training Programme
Our graduate training programmes offer Emirati graduates the opportunity to kick-start their careers with The Emirates Group. This unique position will give you the chance to represent different brands within The Emirates Group, such as Commercial, SkyCargo, dnata, and Airport Operations.
You will be The Group's Ambassador in our different destinations across the globe. Our programmes are tailor-made to embrace and develop your talents and enhance your capabilities across different specialist areas.

Program Highlights :
- 24 to 36 Months of Comprehensive Training: This dynamic and unique programme offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the programme, rotating through the different outstation roles. Although there is no option to choose your location, this exciting overseas placement has the potential to extend up to 6 enriching years, where you will explore new cultures and experience a fulfilling and rewarding journey. During this time, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience and build a versatile skillset. Your placement locations will be confirmed as per business needs. Hence, we are seeking individuals who possess the flexibility and will thrive in changing environments.

Qualifications & Experience
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree holders with a strong academic record
- GPA 2.8 or above
- IELTS Score 6 and above or EMSAT English 1400 or TOEFL 550 (or willing to retake the assessment, if successful)
- UAE Nationality (Passport & Khulasat Al Qaid)
- Age between 21 – 27

Recruitment Process and Timeline:
- Emirates Group is committed to cultivating UAE National talent with a robust Emiratisation strategy that offers numerous growth and development pathways.
- Your application journey begins by applying via the Emirates Careers website. Please ensure to submit a complete application and attach all required documents. Our Recruitment Team will then review your profile, and if you meet the criteria for this programme, you'll be invited to attend an in-person group assessment at Emirates HQ.
- Following the group assessment, if shortlisted, you will then be invited to complete psychometric tests and to attend an in-person interview/assessment with our hiring managers. If you are successful at this stage, your recruiter will reach out to you with an offer, and then our Onboarding team will ensure a smooth transition to your new role at Emirates Group.
Note: Ministry of Higher Education attestation is required for certificates.

Entry point package – 20,829 AED + other benefits, e.g., travel concessions on Emirates and annual leave tickets; health insurance; comprehensive medical coverage; UAE national loan (after training); pension benefits (if applicable); Platinum discount.
