We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to join our client's team in Dubai. The role involves driving and managing change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure support for change initiatives.
  • Create and execute communication and training plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to new technologies and processes.

Qualifications:
