Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement generative AImodels, including LLMs, text-to-image and generative AImodels.
  • Train and evaluate models using largedatasets.
  • Troubleshoot and debug code to ensurehigh-quality results.
  • Keep up to date with thelatest developments in the field of generative AI and applyrelevant new knowledge to the company's AIprojects.
  • Deep understanding of how to scalemodels and their limitations. Ability to quickly identifyopportunities for model improvement
  • Usepredictive modeling to enhance and optimize customer experiences,revenue generation, ad targeting, and other businessoutcomes.
  • Collaborate with different teams toimplement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Developprocesses and tools to monitor and analyze model performance anddata accuracy.
  • Lead all data experiments underthe iterative testing framework.
  • Engage withstakeholders to understand business challenges and developdata-driven solutions.
  • Conduct advanced dataanalysis and design highly complex algorithmicmodels.
  • Communicate complex quantitativeanalysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or arelated field.
  • 2+ years of experience indeveloping and training AI/MLmodels.
  • Experience with data querying languageslike SQL, scripting languages like Python, and/orstatistical/mathematical software e.g.R
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art generative AImodels such as GPT-3, DALL-E, andCLIP.
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure andPlatforms - Azure /Google CloudPlatform/AWS
  • Working experience with Kore.AIand Prompt Engineering is a big plus
  • Experiencewith training and evaluating large-scale models on high-performancecomputing clusters.
  • Strong understanding ofdeep learning, natural language processing, and computervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills andability to work independently and in a team environment.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Bachelor's ormaster's degree in computer science, Data Science,Statistics, Math, Physics, or other Science related discipline withcourse work in AI/ML.
  • Demonstrated experiencein developing and training AI models
  • Strongknowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, andcomputer vision.
  • Experience with scaling upgenerative models and deploying them in productionenvironments.
  • Ability to work collaborativelyin a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders.
