The individual manages customer accounts, ensures documentation adherence, resolves queries, and nurtures client relationships. The individual manages customer accounts, ensures documentation adherence, resolves queries, and nurtures client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesKYC (Know Your Customer) Duties:Verify customer identity and ensure all client documentation complies with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., FATCA, AML, etc.). Conduct due diligence checks for new and existing customers to assess and mitigate risks associated with client onboarding. Handle escalations and discrepancies related to KYC for both individual and corporate clients. Support audits and regulatory requirements related to KYC performance. Relationship Center DutiesServe as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering prompt and concise solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Assist customers with account management, complaints, and general service requests. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of KYC norms, AML (Anti Money Laundering) guidelines, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. Attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in documentation. Problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset. Proficient in CRM and KYC management tools or platforms. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). 5 + years of experience in KYC and/or customer relationship roles. Familiarity with banking systems, regulatory norms, and compliance tools. Certifications in AML/KYC (desirable) or willingness to obtain one.
