OVERVIEW

As the Dialler & Reporting Analyst you will be accountablefor the daytoday performance & maintenance of the telephonydialler system management of daily lead adherence to contactstrategy and regulatory compliance Reporting and Analysis as wellas the monitoring of RealTime adherence for a Global Sales Internet& Retentionsoperations.

This role willalso be responsible for liaising with frontline operations tocommunicate performance updates and making proactive changes tocapitalize on opportunities. Maintenance and distribution ofreports in addition to detailed analysis will also be expected. Asa key part of the sales support operation you will be expected tocontinue to drive aggressive growth by maximizing opportunities andincreasing efficiencies whereidentified.

YOURROLE

As Dialler & ReportingAnalyst you will play a key role in driving the telephonyimprovements to the operation. You will be responsible forspearheading the Internet Sales Team telephony and analyticsefforts while driving recommendations and enhancements toaccelerate the growth of thechannel.

Keyaccountabilities:

  • Providetelephony and data support to the global Telesales &Retentions functions.
  • Maintain performancestandards for telesales functions onsite in DIFCoffice.
  • Accountability for the Internet SalesTeam reporting
  • Work as a wider remote team tooffer cross site support where necessary.
  • Optimise inweek dialler strategy to maximise potential salesperformance based on data analysis.
  • Workclosely with internal and external teams to enhancecapabilities.
  • Define and maintain callingschedules.
  • Ensure data penetration meetsdesired levels through proactive list management and operationalcooperation.
  • Provide regular updates to keystakeholders within the business onperformance.
  • Ensure regular distribution ofbusiness reports for multiple areasTelesales/Retentions/Broker
  • Carry out adhocanalysis as required to support business initiatives and changemanagement.
  • Be the first point of contactbetween Telesales and Sales Operations for adhoc dialler queriesand troubleshooting.
  • Be aware of regulatoryand compliance updates relevant to our businessareas.
  • Monitor RealTime SLA performance on ourInbound channels and report tostakeholders.

YOURPROFILE

  • Ability to workclosely with key stakeholders at all levels up to and includingsenior executive team.
  • Strong Excelskills
  • Knowledge of SalesforceCRM
  • Previous contact center experience in asales environment
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills
  • Experience in strategydevelopment and implementation.
  • Ability tomaintain suite of operational reports.
  • Understanding of data and driving datadecisions
  • Ability and awareness to identifysalestrends.
