SAP Process Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Process Automation Specialist to digitize and streamline Talent and HR processes. The role focuses on reducing manual administrative work by designing automated workflows, document handling, and self-service solutions within the SAP ecosystem. You will collaborate with Talent, HR, and IT teams to deliver scalable SAP-based automation supporting digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Analyze current Talent and HR administrative processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitization Design and implement SAP-based workflows for activities such as candidate and employee document submission, approvals, and data updates Configure and optimize SAP HR modules (e.g. SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central or SAP HCM) to support automated processes Implement automation using SAP Build Process Automation / SAP Workflow / SAP Intelligent RPA where standard SAP functionality is insufficient Enable self-service capabilities for candidates, recruiters, and HR users within SAP Ensure documents and data are accurately captured, validated, routed, and stored within SAP Collaborate with IT, SAP developers, and integration teams where technical enhancements or integrations are required Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, user experience, and data quality Provide functional and technical guidance to HR and Talent teams on best practices and system usage Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with SAP HR solutions , ideally:SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central), and/or SAP HCM (PA/OM) Proven experience automating HR or Talent Management processes within SAP Experience designing and implementing workflows and process automation using:SAP Build Process Automation SAP Workflow Management SAP Intelligent RPA (or equivalent SAP automation tools) Techno-functional background with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions Experience working with document management and approvals within SAP Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with HR and Talent teams Nice to Have Exposure to SAP Fiori apps or custom SAP UI enhancements Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems (e.g. ATS, document management platforms) Basic understanding of ABAP or ability to work closely with SAP developers Prior involvement in HR digital transformation or process re-engineering initiatives Profile We're Looking For A problem-solver, not just a system supporter Comfortable working at the intersection of HR operations and SAP technology Able to challenge manual processes and propose smarter, automated alternatives Experience delivering real-world SAP automation, not just theoretical designs #J-18808-Ljbffr
