Job Purpose: Warehouse andLogistics Coordinator will monitor and/or execute Warehouse& Logistics activities and coordinate with the EmiratesWarehouse & Logistics customers to ensure tools &material/logistics support is provided timely efficiently andsafely as per the standard operating procedures.

In this role you will:

  • Perform the dailyoperational tasks of assigned functional area i.e. Goods InwardsMain Stores Sub Stores Tool Stores Line Maintenance StoresOutstation Support Business Support and Spares Distribution as perthe assignment. Include but not limited to tools and materialsreceiving discrepancy reporting archiving airworthiness releasecertificates/documents tools checkin /out and customer supporttasks related to entrusted thirdpartystock.
  • Coordinate the Warehouse &Logistics activities assigned by the Shift Duty Officer with theWarehouse & Logistics Assistants/customers monitor the taskaccomplishment and carry out system transactions to ensure customerdemands are fulfilled ontime.
  • Communicateinternally in relation to the of warehouse & logisticstasks to ensure smooth flow of material in the Supply Chain fromgoods receiving binning through demand fulfilment to abide by therespective service level agreements at each processstep.
  • Ensure safety regulations and practiceslaid down by the organisation are fully complied at all times bythe respective staff being coordinated in order to avoid any safetyincidents or procedural noncompliance.
  • SupportShift Duty Officer in preparing daily reports related to theperformance monitoring KPIs for dynamic shifting of resources tooptimise the resource utilisation/productivity of theoperation.
  • Deputise the Shift Duty Officer asrequired and act as the focal of specific Warehouses/Functions asper the assignment (As described in No. 1 above) to make sureobjectives and performance measures of those areas are met at alltimes.

Qualifications &Experience: To be considered for this role you will need to meetthe below requirements.

  • 3years in a warehouse and logistics relatedexperience.
  • Vocational or Diploma (122 orequivalent) :
  • Knowledge/skills: Sound knowledgein office applications/systems and warehouse/inventory/ERPsystems.
  • Valid UAE drivers licence/AirsideDriving Permit (ADP) would be an added advantage.
