We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Omni-Channel Marketing Specialist to lead our outbound marketing efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role Overview : As the Omni-Channel Marketing Specialist, you will lead and execute our marketing strategy to drive high-quality leads for medical and fitness lines. This hands-on role involves creating content, managing campaigns, and enhancing customer touchpoints. You will own HubSpot implementation to optimize the customer journey. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with sales managers to align marketing with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy : Design and implement an integrated omni-channel marketing strategy for both medical and fitness product lines of the body composition division, focusing on lead generation and customer engagement.
- Content Creation & Campaign Execution : Craft targeted messaging and create compelling content across all channels (email, social media, digital ads, etc.) to engage end-users and drive conversions.
- HubSpot Management : Own and manage HubSpot, ensuring efficient use for campaign automation, lead nurturing, and customer journey tracking (technical expertise is a plus but not mandatory).
- Customer Journey Optimization : Understand and map the customer journey, enhancing touchpoints to deliver an exceptional experience from first contact to successful deal closure.
- Project Management & Ownership : Manage marketing initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Collaboration with Sales : Work closely with medical and fitness sales managers to align marketing efforts, support sales enablement, and provide tools to accelerate deal closure.
- Performance Monitoring : Track, analyze, and report on marketing activities, providing insights to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality.
What We're Looking For :
- 3+ years of experience in omni-channel marketing with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to take ownership of marketing operations and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience with or willingness to learn HubSpot, including CRM management and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills, with a keen understanding of audience needs.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiasm for medical and fitness technologies and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Experience in B2B marketing is required; experience working within an indirect business model (via distributors) is a plus.
