The YouthProgram Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and growingthe multiple class formats that make up Strong s growing youthprogram that include:
  • Fun N Run:focused on teaching our younger athletes the basics of propermovement through fun games and;
  • Movement:Foundational classes where we teach youth the necessary movementpatterns to thrive in gymnastics, parkour, ninja and;
  • Ninja:geared towards increasing the specific skills of ninja through theuse of obstacles, courses, and advanced

Thisindividual will play an incredibly impactful role within Strong asthey will be responsible for some of the most prevalent andrespected The ideal candidate for this position desires to make ahuge impact on their community and fast track their professionalgrowth in the field of youth ;

PrimaryResponsibility Breakdown as%:

YouthProgram Manager & Coach(75%)

ProgramFulfillment and Development
  • CoachStrong Youth Group, semi-private and privateclasses
  • Developand co-develop curriculum for all class formats and have itdistributed in a timely
  • Identifymethods to increase the quality and accessibility of the youthprogram (New class times, new class types, personnel,etc)

ProgramLeadership
  • Superviseyouth classes to ensure coaches are providing quality coaching in asafe, effective, and engaging
  • Createand Implement methods in our programs that lead to consistentprogression thatis measurable and easily
  • Leadweekly youth classmeetings andcoach development
  • Playa key role in new coach onboardingand continued
  • Assistin the hiring process of new coaches through sit-down, phone, andpractical
Programgrowth
  • LeadNurture: Actively pursue lead generation opportunities
  • Followup with all new class leads toassesstheir class;
  • Playa key role in responding to inbound inquires and reaching out tonew and existing Effectivelycommunicate withnew and existing members
  • Pursueopportunities both internally and externally to acquire additional
  • Workwith the Strong team to optimize and develop retention strategiesfor youth
FloorManagement
  • Managingsafety &cleanliness of equipment &
  • Coordinatingwith the Strong coaching team toupdateobstacles and floor equipmentto improve class structure and the overallperformance of the floor to both athletesand the general
  • Requestordering and maintaining supplies of anything required for thesafety andorganization of the FUNfloor.
  • Createfun and exciting games/challenges for OpenPlay and/orParties that everyone can participate

  • Takeon the role of Weekend Manager up to twice a
  • Takeon the role of Manager onDuty and lead in a way the exemplifiesStrong s pillars of CARE, EDUCATE, AND
  • Havea clear understanding of the basic operational procedures for theday and ensure staff are executing their respective
  • Beable to give clear direction to supporting
  • Recognizeareas to better the customer experience and act on
  • Understandstaff responsibilities and the role they will play that
  • Bean effective problem solver in order to give the best experience
  • Holdstaff accountable to their roles and support them in the executionof said
  • Checkout all parties and events with accurate invoice

Requirements

RequiredExperience

  • Have2-3years leading Ninja/Gymnastic/Parkour headcoaching experience (preferred), OR atleast 3 years ofa sports background and leading or working with youth of all
  • Provenexperience of having a positive impact on a youth program and itscorrelated
  • Highlymotivated self-starter who is service minded, enthusiastic and
  • Desiresto consistently improve their abilities and actively seeks out waysto improve as a
  • Demonstratesan understanding of Strongs commitment to quality service andcreating an amazing
  • Possessesstrong interpersonal and communicationskills
  • Consistentlymaintains a pleasant, professional and approachablestyle
