  • Createcompelling course content that is simple, lucid, and enhancesretention.
  • The abilityto design and develop new-age learning modalities, such as gamifiedlearning, micro-learning, and mobile learning would be an addedadvantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Workwith the Client team to identify the requirements for trainingintervention.
  • Applyappropriate learning theories, evaluation methods, and bestpractices with a thorough understanding of learningstyles.
  • Remodel theexisting content and instructional material based on the practiceof the training (WBT orBlended).
  • Utilise bestpractices in the rapid authoring development environment to createvisually engaging and appropriate e-learninginterventions.
  • Createmedia to support learning (e.g., audio-visual aids, supplementarycontent in various multimediaformats).
  • Developassessments and learningactivities.
  • Ensurethat the instructional design output is delivered within expectedprojecttimelines.
  • Gathersubject matter expert information from multiple sources and ensuresall learning interventions meet theneeds.
  • Produce newcontent asrequired.
  • Instruct theGDs (Graphic Designers) to extract/create your desiredassets.
Qualifications:
  • Experiencein Content Development for eLearning, WBT, and Blendedlearning.
  • Thoroughknowledge of rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline,Adobe Captivate,etc.
  • Experience indeveloping learner engagement through advancedinteractivities.
  • Knowledgeof Tincan (xAPI) and SCORM reporting into Learning ManagementSystems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, BBLearn, or Canvas ispreferable.
  • Experiencein current instructional technologies andtrends.
  • Excellentcommunication skills.
  • Ability to take additional responsibilities in content development/web-based trainingdevelopment.
