JOBDESCRIPTION:

Junior Digital Marketing& Multimedia CreationAssociate

Starting:Immediate

Working Environment: InpersonONLY

Location:Dubai United Arab Emirates

Timings: 9 AM to 6PM

Salary: Base AED2000 (Commissions negotiable)

Roles andresponsibilities:

1.Project Coordination:

Coordinate to develop a comprehensive social mediastrategy aligned with project based marketinggoals.

Define target audiences keymessages and content themes.

Manage andcoordinate the production of content from conception todelivery.

2. ContentCreation and Curation:

Createengaging and shareable content across differentplatforms.

Support the creation and optimization ofdigital content across allplatforms.

Work closely withcontent creators writers designers and other teammembers to ensure the production of multimediacontent including videos podcasts webinarsand interactive experiences from planningand scripting to filming editing anddistribution.

3.Social Media CalendarManagement:

Plan and schedulecontent in advance using a content calendar andorganizing and assisting with adhoc tasks asneeded based on businesspriority.
Ensure a consistentposting schedule and timely response tocurrent events.


4. CommunityEngagement:

Foster and build acommunity around the brand on social media platforms.
Respond to comments messages and mentions in a timely and engagingmanner.

5. SocialListening:

Monitor social mediachannels for brand mentions industry trends and competitoractivities.
Use social listening tools to gain insightsand respond appropriately.
Ensure that all content meetsthe organizations quality standards andguidelines.

6. Analytics andReporting:

Track and analyzekey performance metrics to measure the success of social mediacampaigns.
Provide regular reports to showcase resultsand insights.

7. SocialAdvertising:

Execute paid socialmedia advertising campaigns. Generate leads.
Optimize adperformance based on data analysis.

8.InfluencerCollaboration:

Manage influencerpartnerships and campaigns.

9.Digital LeadGeneration:

Assist in developingand implementing digital marketing
strategies to enhancebrand visibility engagement and lead
generation acrossvarious digital channels.

Assist in executing LinkedIn and emailmarketing campaigns
including outreach template designcontent creation list
segmentation and performanceanalysis for maximum impact.


10. TrendAnalysis:

Stay abreast of social media trends andalgorithm changes.

Adapt strategies based on emerging trends tomaintain
relevance.

11.Collaboration with OtherDepartments:

Work closely withmarketing public relations and customer service teams to ensureconsistent messaging.
Collaborate on crossfunctionalcampaigns.

12. PlatformManagement:

Stay knowledgeableabout the features and algorithms of various social mediaplatforms.
Optimize content for each platform andexperiment with different formats.

13.BrandAdvocacy:

Encourage and facilitate usergenerated contentthat
promotes brand advocacy.
Identify andengage with brand enthusiasts.

14.A/B Testing:

Conduct A/Btesting on different types of content posting
times and adcreatives.
Use results to refine and optimize socialmedia strategies.

15.Budget Management:
Managesocial media marketing budgets effectively.

16. Training andEducation:
Stay updated on industry bestpractices and share knowledge
with theteam.
