Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager for a leading iGaming company in UAE, to lead and elevate their social media presence in the iGaming industry. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, engagement, and revenue across their iGaming verticals/products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage high-impact campaigns, and ensure alignment with overarching marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute and lead a data-driven B2C social media strategy aligned with marketing goals across iGaming.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and audience preferences to position the brand as an industry leader.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and brand integrity across all platforms. Campaign Development & Execution
    • Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns (Facebook/META, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement and revenue.
    • Collaborate with Creative, PR, and Product teams to produce compelling content.
    • Manage third-party agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Performance, Product, and Creative teams to align social media efforts with business objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
    Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and Sprout Social.
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and ROI.
    • Deliver detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights.
    Budget & Project Management
    • Allocate and manage budgets for social media initiatives.
    • Prioritize projects to meet deadlines and KPIs efficiently.
    Industry Trends & Compliance
    • Monitor sports and casino industry trends, adapting strategies to audience behavior.
    • Proactively recommend innovative initiatives to maintain competitiveness.
    Qualifications
    • Experience: 3+ years in social media management for B2C brands within the iGaming industry.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Language: Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
    Required Skills
    • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) and management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
    • Proficiency in paid social strategies and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
    • Strategic & Creative Skills: Ability to craft data-driven strategies and engaging content.
    • Strong understanding of brand compliance and audience engagement tactics.
