Overview Barista Position at Khalifah A City, UAE. Khalifah A City is looking for a talented Barista to join our team. We are a busy, popular café located in the heart of the city and offer a unique atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Our Barista position is an important part of our team and we are looking for someone who can bring their own special flair to the job. Job Summary As a Barista at Khalifah A City, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while serving specialty coffee drinks, as well as preparing food items such as sandwiches and salads. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge of coffee brewing techniques while making drinks with precision, speed, and artistry. Additionally, you will be asked to maintain a clean work station throughout your shift and assist with other tasks as required by the management team. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service while serving specialty coffee drinks. Prepare food items such as sandwiches and salads. Demonstrate knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and make drinks with precision, speed, and artistry. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts. Assist with other tasks as required by management. Qualifications Previous experience in barista-style coffee-making. Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing techniques (espresso extraction). Passion for creating beautiful coffee art. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to follow instructions effectively. Good organizational skills. Willingness to learn new things.
