Data Engagement Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Data Engagement Lead (Associate Director) to lead high-impact data consulting engagements for clients across diverse industries. This role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, and technical expertise to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that create measurable value. Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership:

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, helping clients define and achieve their data-driven objectives.
• Tailor data consulting strategies to address specific client challenges and unlock growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute innovative data strategies that align with client business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex data and AI initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
• Mentor and guide senior consultants and team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the firm's footprint in data and AI consulting.

• Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations to ensure long-term partnerships.

Project Oversight and Solution Design:

• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.
• Proactively manage risks and ensure timely resolution of project challenges.
• Partner with technical teams to design and implement cutting-edge data solutions, including AI and machine learning technologies.

Talent Management and Growth:

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) from a top-tier institution preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data consulting or related fields, with at least 3 years of Engagement Lead role.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex data initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in leveraging Big Data, AI, and machine learning technologies to drive business impact.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data engineering tools, and emerging AI trends, including large language models (LLMs).
