Responsibility and Authority are defined in IMS_01, Clase 5.5.1. Accountability: ensuring the right resources are allocated for the proper implementation and functioning of the Company’s Integrated Management System. Qualifications & Skills Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline (Environmental, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture) plus MBA or equivalent experience; LEED AP and/or equivalent senior accreditation (e.g., BREEAM AP, WELL AP, Estidama PQP, MOSTADAM AP) 10–15 years of industry experience (technical consulting, not necessarily in sustainability) Advanced knowledge of current sustainability standards: LEED, BREEAM, MOSTADAM, QSAS, Estidama; GCC experience Excellent written and spoken English; ability to understand contract language Passport enabling travel within the GCC and European Union without restrictions Knowledge of current sustainability standards: LEED, BREEAM, Green Star, QSAS, Estidama Proven experience leading and motivating teams with strong facilitation, team building and collaboration skills Advanced presentation and communication skills; experience in new business development and proposal support Understanding of and experience with finance/accounting; branding and marketing High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with clients, consultants and stakeholders Demonstrated capability in delivery planning and tracking (programme, risks, actions, issues, deliverable registers) and QA/QC review processes for consultant deliverables #J-18808-Ljbffr
