KeyResponsibilities:

  • Procure to Pay Management: Overseethe entire procure to pay process, ensuring seamless flow fromprocurement initiation to payment processing. Coordinate withvarious departments to streamline procurement activities andoptimize purchasing processes.
  • InventoryManagement: Implement effective inventory management strategies tomaintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventorycosts. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, andimplement replenishment strategies asnecessary.
  • Warehouse Management: Managewarehouse operations, including receiving, storage, anddistribution of materials. Implement best practices for warehouseorganization and ensure compliance with safety and securitystandards.
  • Stock Transfers: Facilitateinter-departmental and inter-location stock transfers efficiently.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accuratetransfer of materials while minimizing disruptions tooperations.
  • Cross-Verification of DeliveryNotes: Verify delivery notes against purchase orders and invoicesto ensure accuracy and completeness of deliveries. Resolvediscrepancies and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providersas needed.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage asupply chain team, providing guidance, training, and support toensure optimal performance and adherence to established processesand procedures.
  • ERP Expertise: Utilize SAP,Oracle, or other ERP systems proficiently to support supply chainoperations. Extract and analyze data to generate insights forprocess improvement and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in anycourse.
  • 4-5 years of experience in supply chainmanagement, preferably in the oil and gasindustry.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or otherERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of procure to payprocesses.
  • Experience in stock and inventorymanagement.
  • Familiarity with warehousemanagement principles and practices.
  • Previousexperience in the oil and gas industry ispreferred.
  • Ability to cross-verify deliverynotes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provenexperience in managing a supply chainteam.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to work effectively in afast-paced environment and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.

Job Type:Full-time

Pay: From AED6,500.00 permonth
