We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Technician with a strong knowledge base in Air Conditioning (AC), Electrical Systems, and Plumbing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure in residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position requiring excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Air Conditioning (AC) Systems:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, ventilation systems, and ductwork.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in AC units, electrical components, and thermostats.
  • Perform regular inspections, filter replacements, refrigerant charging, and cleaning of AC systems.
  • Provide recommendations for energy efficiency and system upgrades.
  • Electrical Systems:
  • Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in appliances, circuits, and panel boards.
  • Perform electrical inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
  • Install and maintain lighting systems, electrical panels, and wiring for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Plumbing Systems:
  • Install and repair pipes, fittings, faucets, and fixtures for water supply and drainage systems.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.
  • Conduct inspections to assess the condition of plumbing systems and recommend repairs or replacements.
  • Ensure plumbing work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
  • General Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure seamless project completion.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and offering advice on maintenance and safety.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, safety regulations, and technologies in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Complete service reports and documentation for all work performed, ensuring accurate records for maintenance and future repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician with expertise in AC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Diploma / IT Qualification
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks associated with installation and repairs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with occasional overtime, especially during peak seasons.
  • Travel to various job sites may be required.
  • Physical work environment, including exposure to various weather conditions and heights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in troubleshooting complex multi-system issues.
  • Knowledge of smart home technologies and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Previous work experience in both residential and commercial projects.
