Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Information Technology Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, mid-level position for candidates with 4 to 6 years of work experience. As a Project Coordinator at Brombeer IT Systems, you will play a crucial role in managing IT projects and facilitating digital transformation for our clients in the fast-paced digital world. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in agile methodologies to ensure adaptive planning and flexibility during project execution. (Mandatory skill) Strong understanding of Scrum framework to manage and improve complex projects. (Mandatory skill) PMP certification to demonstrate expertise in project management concepts and processes. (Mandatory skill) Exceptional stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and clients. Experience with JIRA for tracking project tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication across teams. Risk management skills to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion. Solid understanding of ITIL principles to ensure service management and delivery aligns with clients' business needs. Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure to facilitate the planning and implementation of IT systems and solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, meeting quality standards, and staying within budget. Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and maintain communication channels throughout project lifecycles. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to guide project execution and control. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, reporting on progress and making adjustments as necessary. Manage project risks by identifying potential challenges, developing mitigation strategies, and providing solutions as needed. Regularly update clients and stakeholders on project status, ensuring transparency and building trust through effective communication.
