To assist with hotels maintenancework as directed.
To maintain the equipment andtools in good order and to maintain all storesorganised.
To show the interest in learning allavailable new technology and the latestproducts.
To share in the implementation of thetraining programs that will result in better productivity andbetter work environment.
To attend theconducted technical training, and to assure the correctimplementation.
Responsible for working withstipulated quotas, for ensuring those areas are left in a safecondition.
Responsible for the proper use andsecurity of Ken- Fixit equipment andtrolley.
Responsible for engineering relatedguest room requests and response in a timelymanner.
Responsible to repair or replace alltypes of tiles, floor and wall as and whenrequired.
Responsible to repair and fix damagedshelving and furniture whennecessary.
Responsible to repair and replacebroken windows, doors and locks.
Report anyserious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazardsimmediately to the manager /supervisor
Carryout general repairs to brick or blockwalls.
Carry out plaster repair works towalls.
Carry out general painting works asrequired.
Carry out general plumbing, repairsand silicon sealant replacement,etc..
Initiates orders for supplies for thetrolley and maintain records of workcompleted.
