Responsibilities

AsVP - Investment AI Platform, your financial and investmentexpertise will be instrumental in driving the vision, development,and execution of Inception’s AI-based investmentproducts.

• StrategicLeadership
• Develop and implement acomprehensive strategy for Inception’s AI-poweredinvestment platform that aligns with the company’slong-term financial and businessobjectives.
• Lead the product lifecycle, fromideation through development and launch, ensuring that investmentAI products meet the evolving needs of institutional investors,hedge funds, and asset managers.
• Definefinancial goals, performance metrics, and revenue targets for thedivision, ensuring strong financial outcomes and sustainedgrowth.
• Financial and InvestmentExpertise
• Leverage deep knowledge of financialmarkets, investment strategies, and product management to guide thedevelopment of AI-driven platforms tailored for the investmentsector.
• Ensure that AI solutions align withfinancial market demands, offering scalable, data-driven insightsto enhance investment decision-makingprocesses.

• Build and nurture strongrelationships with key financial institutions, investors, andindustry stakeholders, positioning Inception’s AIplatform as a leader in the investment technologyspace.
• Act as the platform’s primaryspokesperson, engaging with clients, investors, and industryexperts to showcase its capabilities andbenefits.
• Financial Management and P&LResponsibility
• Manage the P&L for theinvestment AI platform, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability,and financial performance.
• Oversee financialplanning and budget allocation, balancing cost management withinnovation to maximize product impact and marketsuccess.
• Drive new revenue streams through theexpansion of product offerings, market growth, and strategicpartnerships in the investmentecosystem.
• Cross-functionalCollaboration
• Collaborate closely with theChief AI Officer (CAIO) and data science teams to ensure alignmentbetween product development and the latest AIinnovations.
• Work with legal, compliance, andregulatory teams to ensure that all AI investment products adhereto financial regulations and industrystandards.
• Partner with sales, marketing, andclient success teams to ensure seamless product launches, strongcustomer onboarding, and long-term marketsuccess.
• OperationalExcellence
• Implement efficient operationalprocesses for product development, client onboarding, andinvestment platform management to ensure scalability and clientsatisfaction.
• Define and track key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure product success, client engagement,and financial performance.
• Develop riskmitigation strategies to manage potential market, regulatory, orcompetitive challenges.

To qualify for the role you musthave

• Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBAor advanced degree is preferred.

• Proven track record of managingfinancial products, P&L, and driving growth in high-growthenvironments.
