Solution Manager and Performance Monitoring Specialist (SAP) Join to apply for the Solution Manager and Performance Monitoring Specialist (SAP) role at Dicetek LLC . The SAP Solution Manager and Performance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability of SAP systems across an organization. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting SAP application performance, databases, and infrastructure to proactively identify and resolve performance issues. Experience Minimum of 10-12 years of experience working with SAP Solution Manager. Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2, Cloud ALM, and Tricentis Tosca Integration. Proven expertise in C-ALM and SAP Solution Manager setup, configuration, and administration. Experience with at least one SAP Solution Manager upgrade. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. SAP certification in Solution Manager is a plus. 10+ years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of Solution Manager 7.2, Cloud ALM configuration and setup. ABAP knowledge. Manage different artefacts such as Defect Tracker, Traceability Matrix, Test Reports, etc. Arabic speaker required.
