JobDescription

  • We're looking for anexperienced Framing Foreman (Superintendent) to manage theinstallation of prefabricated framing inspired by Scandinavianbuilding methodology on large new construction multifamilyprojects.
  • The selected candidate will beresponsible for leading crew leads, attending field operationsmeetings, and spending the majority of their timeonsite.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 40-50 hoursper week.
  • Site Locations: Denver, CO (Uptown,Hale, Lowry) and Longmont, CO

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of safety on thejob sites you over see.
  • Quality control onframing, siding, deck and roofproductions.
  • Managingsubcontractors
  • Leading a crew of 10-20people.
  • Reading blueprints andplans
  • Additional responsibilities includeleading toolbox talks, managing safety onsite, performing layout ofcrew leads, managing quality and tagging issues that needattention, managing punch lists, conducting job walks withinspectors, and overseeing the relationship with developers andowners onsite.
  • The role also involves managingmaterials and facilitating communication between the project andoffice.

JobQualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as framingforeman or site superintendent for wood-frame multifamily projectsor single family residential.
  • In-depthknowledge of the framing process and qualitycontrol
  • In-depth knowledge of wood frameconstruction procedures, equipment and OSHAguidelines
  • Proficient at reading andunderstanding drawings, plans, codes andblueprints
  • Proficient in constructionmanagement software, email, schedulingetc...
  • Great attention todetails
  • Deep sense of ownership over your workand the impact your work has onothers
  • Excellent organizational and leadershipskills
  • Ability to communicate and reporteffectively
  • Problem-solvingabilities
  • Must be Bilingual(English/Spanish)
  • Must own framingtools
  • Must own car
  • Validdriver's license
