About the Role:

We is seeking astrategic and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join ourGMG Everyday Goods Retail team. In this pivotal role you will serveas the key connector between Head Office and retail operationsdriving HR strategies that support business objectives. You will beresponsible for cultivating relationships with senior leadership tooffer thought leadership on HR issues and strategic supportensuring alignment with the companys vision and operationalgoals.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Act as astrategic partner to business units understanding their uniqueneeds and challenges and translating them into strategic HRinterventions.
  • Drive talent managementstrategies to support business goals including workforce planningsuccession planning and talentdevelopment.
  • Advise and support leaders onperformance management employee relations and HR policies ensuringcompliance with legal and regulatoryobligations.
  • Lead organizational design andchange management initiatives to enhance organizationaleffectiveness.
  • Design and deliver HRinitiatives and programs that enhance the employee experiencefoster a highperformance culture and support employeewellbeing.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics toinform business decisions and measure the effectiveness of HRinitiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR teamto continuously improve HR services andprocesses.
About theRequirements:
  • A Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as an HR BusinessPartner with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role preferablywithin Retail Operations.
  • Strong understandingof all HR functions including talent management organizationaldevelopment employee relations and legalcompliance.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence atall levels of the organization.
  • Ability tothink strategically and translate business needs into effective HRpractices.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with a datadriven approach to HRdecisionmaking.
  • Proficiency in HR InformationSystems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SAPexperience is anadvantage
