We are seeking a motivated and detailorientedindividual to join our team as a Draftsman and Estimator. KeyResponsibilities:

Drafting and Design:
  • Create detailed and accurate 2Ddrawings using AutoCad MS Visio andDtools
  • Collaborate with other team members to translateconceptual designs into technicaldrawings.
  • Ensure drawings comply with industry standards andregulations.

Estimation:
  • Assist in preparing projectcost estimates and proposals by analysing project specificationsand requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to gatherand assess necessary information for accurateestimations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and material coststo provide uptodate and accurateestimates.

Collaboration:
  • Work closely with projectmanagers engineers and other team members to understand projectgoals and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and externalstakeholders to gather necessary information for drawings andestimations.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technicalsupport as needed.
  • When required meet with the client to discuss theproject throughout all stages.

QualityAssurance:
  • Conduct regular reviews ofdrawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to projectspecifications.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of designand estimation issues to maintain projecttimelines.


Requirements Qualifications andRequirements:
  • You MUST be UAEresident or currently in the UAE on a tourist visa.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD supported with somecertifications and work experience
    • NOTE: You WILL betested on this
  • Basic understanding of project estimationprinciples.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in draftingwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies andprocesses.
We are currently located in Motor City however we willsoon (within 1 month) be moving to Arenco Buildings inDIP.
It is therefore essential thatyou have easy access to DIP Dubai as this will be your main placeof work.
A UAE drivers license and vehicle would be beneficialbut not essential.
