Summary of the role:

As anintegral part of our Regional Marketing & Admissions teamthe Admissions Executive embodies our commitment to providingexceptional customer service and nurturing prospective and currentfamily relationships within the Cognita family of schools. Thisrole is pivotal in enriching the parent and student enrolmentjourney ensuring each interaction reflects our ethos of excellenceand care. The primary goal is to seamlessly transition enquiriesinto engaged members of our school community.

The Admissions Executive is a key commercial position with overallaccountability for achieving the schools enrolment objectives. AsAdmissions Executive you will not only be taking your first stepinto a dynamic and strategic commercial path but also be presentedwith unparalleled opportunities for career progression within ourexpansive network.

This position is key to forging stronglasting relationships with both prospective and existing familiesenhancing the enrolment experience. The role requires a highlyproactive individual with a proven track record of sales experienceand exceptional customer service. The individual will use theirskill set to showcase the school to prospective parents andensuring that the schools admissions and enrolments activity meetsregulatory requirements. We are searching for a proactiveindividual who will ideally have a combination of sales andadministrative experience.

Responsibilities:
Promptly addressinquiries via phone and email strictly following our service levelagreements. Each interaction is an opportunity to underscore theunique benefits of our schools in alignment with Cognitas RESstandards

Collaborate with the Head of Admissionsto monitor assess and enhance admissions pipeline managementstrategies aiming to boost enrolmentfigures

Develop meaningful relationships withprospective families guiding them with transparency and compassionthrough their decisionmaking process and ensuring a seamlessalignment with Cognita Middle Easts purpose andvalues

Conduct and process school tours andassessments. Following up with prospective parentsafterwards.

Monitor and improve orderingtelephone handling email communications and other admissionsprocedures

Leverage the knowledge gained fromindepth training to have impactful conversations with familieshighlighting how our educational environment can meet theiraspirations.

Ensure that the parent journey fromenquiry to enrolment exceeds conversion targets and deliversexceptional customer experience across alltouchpoints

Facilitate a smooth connectionbetween families and our dedicated onsite parent experience teamscoordinating school visits and student assessments to showcase ourcommitment to excellence

Ensure continuousproactive communication with families via email and phone offeringguidance and support at every stage of their admissions journeyreflecting our dedicationto outstanding customerservice

Efficiently manage and resolve enquiriesand concerns demonstrating our commitment to excellence in customerservice and adherence to Cognitas RES GlobalStandards.

Keep our CRM system meticulouslyupdated ensuring effective pipeline management. With everyinteraction maintaining a thorough and comprehensive record thatsupports personalised and effectivecommunication

Engage actively in school tourevents and open days playing a crucial role in presenting thevibrant and diverse community of our school thereby enriching theprospective families experience

Work closely withthe compliance team to ensure full completion and accurate KHDAregistrations

Manage the data and documentcollection process including accurate recording

Skills:

A provenbackground in Sales Business Development Relationship Managementand Customer Service.

Experience with CRMsoftware alongside a keen ability to navigate and leverage variousadministrative platforms.

Exceptionalcommunication skills both written and verbal complemented by aproficiency in the English language.

Aproactive detailoriented approach capable of thriving bothindependently and within a collaborative team setting.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholderrelationships embodying sensitivity tact andconfidentiality.
