  • Schedule user stories from thetechnical product backlog to the Sprint plan, focusing on regularand timely delivery of business value initiatives, facilitatesagile ceremonies, e.g. product backlog refinement, sprint planning,daily stand-ups, sprint reviews,retrospectives.

  • Manage risks, assumptions, issues anddependencies removing impediments / blockers to ensure optimialflow of value.

  • Guide the team on the use ofAgile/Scrum practices and values to delight the business and how toelicit the most out of self-organisation. Assess the Scrum Maturityof the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at apace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team. Promotesempowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fullyengaged in the initiatives and is making a meaningful contribution,and encourage a sustainable pace adhering to the agreed qualitymanagement plan with the team.

  • Work collaboratively with theTechnical Product Owners to refine, clarify and maintain theproduct backlog, together with the TPO schedules and commitsstories into sprints and visualisesprogress.

  • Support the Technical Product Ownersin managing business expectations and transparency in both productbacklog and schedule for allinitiatives.

  • Define and manage a well-definedprocess and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives toimplement best practices for Agile Delivery Management andeffectively manage conflictresolution.

  • Ensure the Acceptance Criteria andDefinition of Done (DOD) is being followed, make sure that eachteam member is fully engaged in the stories and making a meaningfulcontribution. Encourage a sustainable pace adhering to the agreedquality management plan with the team. Maintains an agile projectmanagement tool (ScrumDesk, JIRA,etc.).

  • Qualifications& Experience: - 5+ Years of experience and Degree orHonours (12+3 or equivalent), Degree Computer Science or similarCertified Scrum Master with 3+ years of practical application ofthe Scrum Management discipline PMI ACP (transition of existingSDCs are exempt)

  • Proven leadership and projectdelivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams fora large organisation.

  • Experience in agile delivery withinthe context of a small / medium technology changeprogramme.
