PositionOverview:

Are youpassionate about driving business growth and creating magicalmoments for families Kids Zone is seeking a dynamic Sales Person /Business Development professional to expand our B2B and B2C reach.In this role you will be pivotal in forming lasting partnershipsand driving revenue ensuring that every child and family has anunforgettable experience withus.


Requirements

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

BusinessDevelopment:

  • Expand B2B & B2C Sales: Identify and target newbusiness opportunities in both the corporate and consumermarkets.
  • Partnership Building:Develop and maintain relationships with schools corporations andcommunity organizations to create mutually beneficialpartnerships.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs andcompetitive landscape and leverage this information to optimizesales strategies.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Sales Planning: Developand implement effective sales plans to achieve growthtargets.
  • Client Engagement: Engagewith potential clients through various channels includingfacetoface meetings phone calls and digitalcommunication.
  • Lead Conversion:Nurture and convert leads into loyal customers through personalizedfollowups and relationshipmanagement.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Collaborative Campaigns:Work closely with the marketing team to promote Kids Zone servicesthrough social media email campaigns and otherchannels.
  • Engaging Content: Craftcompelling content to attract and inform potential clients aboutour offerings.
  • DataDrivenStrategies: Utilize analytics to track engagement measure successand refine outreach efforts.

Customer Experience:

  • Exceptional Service:Provide outstanding customer service ensuring that client needs aremet with professionalism and care.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather and act on client feedbackto continually improve our offerings and customersatisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

  • CrossFunctional Teamwork: Coordinate with theKids Zone team to ensure seamless integration of businessdevelopment activities with daily operations.
  • Training & Development: Participate in trainingsessions to stay updated on best practices and industrytrends.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales business development or arelated field is preferred.
  • Strongorganizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Proficiency in English;additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends andholidays.
