Head of Data, AI & Analytics - CoE (F6JUTH-0A92153C) Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
  • The Head of Data, AI & Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of data, artificial intelligence and analytics initiatives.
  • This role leads the development and implementation of data-driven strategies, ensuring the organization leverages data and AI technologies to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
  • The Head of Data, AI & Analytics CoE collaborates with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Data, AI & Analytics CoE, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data solutions to enhance manufacturing processes and business operations.
  • Oversee the development of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data and AI initiatives.
  • Manage a team of data experts providing leadership and mentorship.
  • Drive innovation by exploring and implementing emerging AI technologies and analytics methodologies.
  • Ensure the scalability and sustainability of data and AI solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and impact of data and AI initiatives.
  • Develop partnerships with external vendors, research institutions, and industry experts to stay abreast of technological advancements.
  • Provide guidance on data architecture, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
  • Ensure best practices for data integration, management, and utilization are implemented.
  • Lead efforts to automate and optimize data workflows and analytics processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement and professional development within the CoE team.

Required:

  • Extensive experience in leading data, AI, and analytics initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong strategic vision, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving innovation in data management and analytics.
  • Excels in fostering collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment of AI and analytics projects with business goals, and leveraging advanced technologies to deliver impactful results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing data, AI, and analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong technical knowledge of data architecture, AI technologies, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data governance and data quality management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in AI and analytics tools and technologies, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to data protection and privacy.
