We are looking for a Project Management Officer who will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of projects related to the organization's strategic initiatives within the Financial Services field.

Job Description

  • Manage strategic projects of payment solutions.
  • Responsible for clients' needs and attends to fulfilling the clients' requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D teams, marketing, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project align with regulatory requirements and business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor and report on project status, key milestones, and potential risks to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project performance, identifying risks and providing solutions to mitigate project challenges.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure project success and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Manage budgeting and cost controls for the project, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
  • Conduct and participate in meetings with the clients for project planning, follow up, and acceptance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in the science or engineering fields; having an MS degree in managerial fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale, cross-industry projects within the Financial Services field.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership in aligning projects with corporate strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Arabic & English.
