We are looking for a CFO WITHEXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES OR CONSULTANCY OR FINTECH industryin UAE THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER to join our team who will beresponsible to:

  • Develop and implementthe institutions financial strategy in accordance with regulatoryguidelines and organizations goals andobjectives.
  • Ensure alignment of financial planswith the institutions overall strategic objectives. Conductfinancial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and providerecommendations to senior management.
  • Fundingand capital structure: Assess companys funding needs and developstrategies for raising capital; oversee debt and equity financingincluding negotiations with investors andlenders.
  • Conduct investment analysis and duediligence on potential opportunities to support business expansionand decision making.
  • Oversee the preparationand submission of accurate and timely financial reports to theCentral Bank of UAE following the prescribed reporting formats andrequirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevantaccounting standards and tax requirements regulations andguidelines set by the Central Bank of UAE and other regulatorybodies.
  • Coordinate internal and external auditsto ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatoryexpectations.
  • Monitor and assess risksassociated with the institutions financial operations and recommendrisk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage theinstitutions capital structure ensuring compliance with regulatorycapital adequacy requirements.
  • Evaluate andoptimize the institutions capital position including capitalplanning capital allocation and capital deploymentstrategies.
  • Conduct stress testing and scenarioanalysis to assess the impact on capital adequacy and recommendnecessary actions.
  • Oversee and manage financialoperations including cash management funds transfer investmentmanagement and foreign exchangetransactions.
  • Develop treasury policies andprocedures in line with regulatory guidelines and market bestpractices.
  • Monitor liquidity position optimizefunding sources and manage interest raterisk.
  • Lead the financial budgeting andforecasting process collaborating with relevant stakeholders todevelop accurate and realistic financialplans.
  • Conduct financial analysis andperformance tracking to evaluate the institutions financial healthand identify areas for improvement.
  • Provideinsights and recommendations to senior management based onfinancial analysis to support decision making and drive businessgrowth.
  • Engage with the Central Bank of UAE andother regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and address anyregulatory concerns or inquiries.
  • Build andmaintain relationships with external auditors consultants and otherexternal stakeholders.
  • Communicate financialperformance risks and strategies to the board of directors andother key stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintainbest international standards of asset liability capital andliquidity management.
  • Management anddevelopment of Financial systems: Microsoft dynamics/ ERPsystems
  • Lead the finance team providingguidance mentorship and support in financial operations andcontrols; fostering a culture of collaboration and continuousimprovement promoting team growth anddevelopment.
  • Lead procurement and facilitiesmanagement function develop and implement procurement strategiesthat align with organizational financialgoals.

  • Bachelors or mastersdegree in finance accounting or a related field. Highly desirable aprofessional accounting or finance qualification (e.g. CPA CFACMA).
  • Proven experience as a CFO WITHINFINANCIAL SERVICES OR CONSULTANCY OR FINTECH industry in UAE THISIS A DEAL BREAKER
  • Indepth knowledge offinancial management accounting principles and regulatorycompliance
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to interpret complex financialdata.
  • Excellent leadership and communicationskills.
  • Strategic mindset ability to drivefinancial performance &growth.
  • Managing financial operations budgetingand forecasting.
  • Experience as AuthorisedFinance Officer with regulated entity in the UAE with familiarityin financial regulations and Taxlaws.
  • Proficiency in financial managementsystems and software
