• Perform thorough examinationsof all materials and finished products
  
  
• Conduct and report internal audits andevaluations
  
  
• Implement and improve qualitycontrol operating procedures
  
  
• Identify and troubleshootequipment problems anddefects
  
  
• Approves product byconfirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement
  
  
• Determine program requirements basedon design and engineering

Requirements

• Knowledge of CMMoperations / train for CMM programming aplus
  
• High schooldiploma or general education degree (GED); at least 10 experienceas an aerospace part inspector; or equivalent combination ofeducation and
  
• Prior knowledge and use of inspection and testequipment ( Calipers, Micrometers, Pin Gages, Optical Comparator,Rockwell Hardness, Dial ) isrequired
  
• Expert knowledge of blueprint reading and machinery
  
• Ability to readand comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and
