Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop tailored treatment and surgical plans Perform a range of advanced cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries Supervise and mentor junior plastic surgeons and surgical staff Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care Manage post-operative care and follow-up, addressing any complications or concerns Educate patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and recovery processes Maintain up-to-date medical records and adhere to healthcare regulations Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with advancements in plastic surgery Contribute to departmental meetings, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement projects Uphold the highest ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions Qualifications Board certification in Plastic Surgery Significant experience in performing complex cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring surgical teams Strong understanding of the latest surgical techniques and safety standards in plastic surgery Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Detail-oriented professional with excellent clinical judgment Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and professional growth Able to thrive in a fast-paced, private healthcare environment Working Time is Full Time.
