About The Role In the role of Head Bartender, your primary responsibility will be to assist in attaining the defined goals related to sales, cost management, employee retention, health and hygiene standards, all while ensuring a delightful guest experience and upholding profitability. In your role, you will curate a seasonal drink menu that entices guests with a variety of beverage options. You will be responsible for meticulously preparing mixed drinks, ensuring that each one is crafted according to established recipes. Furthermore, your duties extend to conducting comprehensive beverage and cocktail training sessions, with a strong emphasis on fostering innovation and elevating the overall guest experience. Managing the bar upselling program will also fall under your purview, where you will ensure its efficient execution, adhering closely to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Timely preparation and setup of the bar areas, along with meticulous mise en place tasks in line with the establishment\'s opening hours, are critical aspects of your role. About You Applicants for this role are expected to have a minimum of 2 to 3 years\' experience in a similar capacity within the domain of luxury hotels or upscale restaurants. We place a strong emphasis on excellent communication, interpersonal finesse, and effective leadership skills as integral qualifications.
