  • Oversee the development ofoperational guidelines, infrastructure, and tools necessary tosupport our application portfolio. Foster cross-training amongteams for enhanced proficiency.
  • Providestrategic and architectural guidance, influencing development teamsto realize our technology vision across company platforms andservices.
  • Supervise operational and servicemanagement processes for our cloud platform to achieve quality,security, efficiency, and agilityobjectives.
  • Act as the escalation point for allproduction incidents on managed applications, ensuring timelyincident resolution.
  • Own, operate, and maintainstakeholder services. Implement Agile methodologies for continuouscustomer value delivery and establish an on-call incidentescalation and response process for theteam.
  • Instigate best practices to ensurehigh-quality, well-architected, and supportable code. Leadarchitecture design and coding reviews and foster a ContinuousIntegration environment.
  • Serve as the technicalowner of our company's platform, resolving roadblocks andmanaging communications with stakeholders and dependent teams.Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement throughretrospection.
  • Empower engineers to achievehigher levels of productivity, reliability, andscalability.

Desired Skills AndExperience

  • Hands-on leadership experience with5+ years of technical expertise in architecting and managing cloudinfrastructure on AWS and multi-cloudenvironments.
  • Proficiency in automation,orchestration, configuration management tools, containers, NoSQLdatabases, monitoring tools, CI/CD tools, and applicationsecurity.
  • Familiarity with telecom protocols(e.g., SMPP and SIP), Kubernetes, drone CI, Git, AWS, F5, Ansible,Terraform, and Python.
  • Fluent in English withexceptional writing, editing, and verbal communicationskills.
  • Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Software, or a related discipline, or equivalentexperience.
