  • Respond to guest requests forspecial arrangements or services (e.g., transportation,reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifyingappropriate providers.
  • Respond to specialrequests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensuresatisfaction.
  • Gather, summarize, and provideinformation to guests about the property and the surrounding areaamenities, including special events andactivities.
  • Answer, record, and process allguest calls, messages, requests, questions, orconcerns.
  • Contact appropriate individuals ordepartments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, orproblems.
  • Review shift logs/daily memo booksand document pertinent information inlogbooks.
  • Report accidents, injuries, andunsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training andcertifications.
  • Follow all company policies andprocedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean andprofessional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information,and protect company assets.
  • Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipateand address guests' service needs, assist individuals withdisabilities, and thank guests with genuineappreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear andprofessional language, prepare and review written documentsaccurately and completely and answer telephones using appropriateetiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positiveworking relationships with others, support team to reach commongoals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns ofother employees.
  • Comply with quality assuranceexpectations and standards.
  • Follow propertyspecific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g.,evacuations, medical emergencies, naturaldisasters).
  • Maintain awareness of undesirablepersons on property premises
